Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us!

We only deviate from our schedule in the event of dental emergencies that must be taken care of immediately. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Payment Options:
We accept cash, checks, debit cards and most major credit cards. We also offer in-house financing for patients who qualify, because we understand that low monthly payments can make it easier to fit quality dental care into your budget. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients–regardless of age, income and dental needs–can receive the care they need and desire.

Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to help you maximize your benefits. Please bring your card and insurance information with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.

Facilities and Equipment

Intraoral Camera:
Like digital x-rays, digital photographs with our intraoral camera are a diagnostic and patient education tool we think you will appreciate. Using the camera, we can give you a “tour” of your mouth on a TV or computer screen. This shows you what we see, guiding you through your diagnosis and treatment options. On our end, the camera allows us to visualize more and diagnose issues we might not have been able to see without the up-close view the intraoral camera gives us.

Digital X-rays:
Digital x-rays are a fast and comfortable tool we use to assess your dental needs. They’re safe enough to be used during pregnancy, and some studies have found that they emit up to 90% less radiation than conventional x-rays. With no chemical processing needed, digital x-rays are a good choice for you and the environment.

  • X-rays are commonly used in dental exams of patients of all ages, because many problems with the teeth and surrounding tissues cannot be seen by the naked eye. An x-ray is needed to reveal:
    • Small areas of decay between teeth or below existing restorations
    • Deep cavities
    • Infections in the jaw bones
    • Deep gum disease
    • Abcesses or cysts
    • Developmental abnormalities
    • Some types of tumors

Laser Cavity Detection (DIAGNOdent):

The DIAGNOdent is a diagnostic device that aids the dentist in making treatment decisions with confi dence. Unlike traditional diagnostic methods, DIAGNOdent is an extremely accurate and reliable adjunct for the detection of subsurface caries. It removes the guesswork that accompanies many treatment decisions regarding questionable areas, such as stained or discolored grooves.

DIAGNOdent uses laser technology to detect and quantify hidden or sub-surface caries by measuring laser fl uorescence within the tooth structure
